Compulsive Overeating Treatment Available in Two New Locations with The Hungry Heart

Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) June 11, 2013

Hypnotherapy to lose weight has been proven to be an effective compulsive overeating approach treatment. The Hungry Heart is bringing its unique form of overeating help to new locations in Southern California. The weight loss counselors and hypnotherapists will help people learn how to stop emotionally overeating in Westwood, Los Angeles, and Mission Valley, San Diego.

The addition of these locations brings the total number of Southern California overeating help centers to 54. Since 1996, the centers have used a combination of counseling and hypnotherapy to lose weight.

At every location, clients learn how to stop overeating from a weight loss counselor who has overcome their own troubles with binge eating, yo-yo dieting, compulsive overeating, and other issues with food. Weight loss counseling occurs face-to-face, and via phone or Skype. The program was developed over a number of years after the founder, Lauren Grant, struggled with her own problems with emotional eating. Through her struggles, she developed the Hungry Heart program that combines counseling with hypnotherapy weight loss.

The Hungry Heart focuses on giving clients the tools to naturally lose weight and heal their relationships with food. The new locations facilities expand their ability to offer binge eating support, compulsive overeating treatment, and weight loss counseling to even more people. The new offices facilities also offer the opportunity to work with nutritionists, daily affirmations, and emotional overeating group support. The two new locations open on June 15, 2013.

About Hungry Heart: The Hungry Heart program combines behavioral and nutritional counseling with hypnosis to reinforce new behaviors and thought patterns. Hungry Heart work with clients as a team to create changes in eating habits; providing a caring approach to out of control eating.
