Frontier Soups Introduces Easy, Gluten-Free Enchilada Soup Mix

Laboratory testing by the Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources Food Allergy Research & Resource Program at the University of Nebraska verifies that the gluten content in the Enchilada Soup and 27 other gluten-free mixes is below level of quantification. They also have met all the requirements of the Celiac Sprue Association
