Moderation and Common Sense is the Key to Living Well, States New BioGirl Health Show

Michigan (PRWEB) May 05, 2013

Following the health routines and advice Carol dispenses on the BioGirl Health Show on Spreaker Radio show at 1pm every Friday should also result in an improved appearance in terms of a glowing skin, shining eyes and healthy looking hair, she maintains, as well as a boost in confidence and improved feeling of well-being.

Carol, now in her 40s, has been following a natural lifestyle since the age of 16. But then she always had good teachers - as the Michigan mum reveals in her latest show which discusses how her 99-year-old Aunt Marie still has the energy to walk her dog daily and needs no prescription medication.

Aunt Marie does admit to taking a few vitamin supplements to fill what she describes as nutrition gaps, said Carol, But shes never had to take long-term medication in her life. In fact she only started taking vitamins because she feels the soil is less fertile today and as a result foods dont contain as much nutrition as they once did.

Shes always followed what Id term a philosophy of common sense and moderation and its certainly paid off.

Carol goes on to list 10 of her Aunt Maries lifestyle philosophies on the show from eating natural foods such as butter rather than margarine, to laughing a lot and providing the body with the space and time to heal itself.

Outwith the family environment, well-known natural health advocates Dr. Steven Sinatra and Dr. Julian Whitaker also proved to be Carols mentors over the years. Today she is more convinced than ever that nourishing the body with healthy organic living results in an obvious beauty for women - both inside and out.

There is such a great need among women to know how to really take care of themselves and not only feel healthy and strong but beautiful as well, she said. A womans true beauty comes from being in the best of health and having the energy to fully engage in her own life. There isnt a cosmetic in the world that can duplicate the glow and radiance of good health, self-confidence and a peaceful mind.

Carols website BioGirlHealth.com provides a whole host of advice on how to start and continue with those natural lifestyle changes, from choosing the best flax seed oil to cleaning hair with products which wont strip it off natural oils.
