Eat more water to lose weight, says DietAssist

London, UK (PRWEB UK) 24 May 2013

DietAssist have released 6 tips to help people lose weight by eating more water rich foods.

Their advice is backed by research released in the late 1990s at Pennsylvania State University's Laboratory for the Study of Human Ingestive Behaviour, which showed that consuming more water in food can help you feel fuller and more satisfied with fewer calories.

According to DietAssist, people judge how full they are by the weight of the food they have eaten, not by its calorific value.

So rather than choosing items that offer the same amount of energy (in calories) in their regular meals, it seems that most people eat the same
