Ms. Echele has spent the last seven years putting lessons learned at big brands to work for small and medium companies via Genesis Sales and Marketing and her own firm, Transformation Sales and Marketing, LLC. Ms. Echele provided market feasibility studies for clients interested in expanding into the Food, Drug, Mass or Club channels, conducted pre-market due diligence to ready clients for U.S. launch, developed sales and marketing strategy and managed ongoing marketing and sales operations for various CPG clients.
