Once your hair is wet, apply conditioner and massage it into your scalp. Its all in the way you clean your hair with your fingers.
Greenstone also suggested avoiding flat irons and heating tools since heat damages hair, promoting split ends and dried out strands. Applying intense heat to your hair will cause it to break and become ever more brittle, Greenstone adds.
Many women fear letting their curls air-dry, but Greenstone said curly hair will look better after drying naturally. Curly hair is beautiful and it can look great even when it air dries, she says. All you have to do is apply a light gel and let it air dry. If you pick a gel that holds without being incredibly sticky, it will keep your curls in tact as your hair dries. It will look natural.
