Mens Health Common Skin Problems and Solutions

Before exposure, the best prevention is sunscreen and keeping covered. The report suggests that once a burn has happened, use of vitamin E is a good first step. Take a liquid gel supplement tab and cut it in half. Then, rub the liquid over the area that is affected.


Every day I tell my patients to stay out of the sun and when they cant, to cover up and use sun block. But more than anything else in the article, I agree with the recommendation to quit smoking, says Dr. Ourian. Aside from the obvious health benefits, smoking will prematurely age the skin.
