Kitchen Table Bakers Introduces Two New, On-Trend Flavors for their 100% Aged Parmesan Crisp at the 2013 Summer Fancy Food Show

Syosset, NY (PRWEB) June 18, 2013

Kitchen Table Bakers, the maker of gourmet, 100% Aged Parmesan Crisps, will unveil its new Chia Seed Parmesan Crisps and Caraway Seed Parmesan Crisps at the Summer Fancy Food Show, held June 30 July 2, 2013 in the Javits Center in New York City by the Specialty Food Association (SFA). The new, on-trend flavors join Kitchen Table Bakers award-winning varieties, which include Aged Parmesan, Sesame Parmesan, Rosemary Parmesan, Flax Seed Parmesan, Italian Herb Parmesan, Garlic Parmesan, Jalapeno Parmesan and Everything all of which can be found at booth 1657.

Our line of 100% Aged Parmesan Crisps have attracted consumer interest largely because we have a very precise recipe that keeps each flavor gluten, wheat and sugar free. This recipe, along with our fine parmesan cheese, provides consumers with a gluten-free snack option that is low carb yet packed with savory flavor that satisfies the salty and crispy snacking urge without the guilt. Its perfect for those with restricted diets like the gluten-free, South Beach and paleo, says President of Kitchen Table Bakers, Barry Novick. Our customers asked us to make chia seed and caraway seed flavors, and after experimenting with recipes weve developed two new, irresistible and healthy flavors. Chia seeds are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, and the cheese provides calcium and protein.

The Chia Seed Parmesan Crisps contain 25% of the recommended daily calcium intake with the Caraway Seed Parmesan Crisps containing 20%. Both crisps are rich in antioxidants. The two new flavors have an 80-calorie serving size and contain seven grams of protein, which is consistent across Kitchen Table Bakers full line of 100% Aged Parmesan Crisps.

In addition to the nutritional value of our crisps, our consumers will enjoy the careful work we put into the flavor profiles. The chia seeds nutty flavor combined with the Parmesan makes a great pairing for artichoke, spinach or kale-based dips, added Novick. The Caraway Seed Parmesan Crisps offer gluten-free dieters a low carb alternative to rye breads or crackers.

Over the last decade, Kitchen Table Bakers has remained at the forefront of the gluten-free market, winning five gold sofi Awards and six silver sofi Awards. The crisps have succeeded in categories like Most Outstanding Diet and Life Style Product for 2009 and Most Outstanding Cracker for 2010 and 2011.
