The reason people expect that is because in the past they have experienced those types of feelings and it is reasonable to expect them in the future. After all, by definition they will be reducing food intake so feeling hungry is to be expected, or is it?
We all know that if someone is overweight, the reason is they have almost certainly overeaten in the past. Overeating means taking in too much food so it is fair to say that the body does not need the extra food, and now the overeating is probably a conditioned response. This means your body has got used to the level of food and now expects it.
Hypnotherapy for weight loss re-conditions your mind to expect less food at a subconscious level. This change has a fundamental effect on the way you think about food.
When less food is expected, the body becomes satisfied quicker and normally there is less interest in food. This is because when less food is expected the brain produces hormones that allow a full feeling to be sent earlier.

Its important to understand that exercise is important for health. However, it is not required to lose weight. We would always encourage our clients to exercise but for the vast majority of our clients, they either dont have the time or they are too heavy to exercise easily.
