Vestiage CEO Comments on Immortal Life

Newport Beach, California (PRWEB) April 08, 2013

Scott Kimball, CEO of Vestiage Inc, a leading publily traded anti-aging company focused on science-based, highly effective cosmeceuticals and nutraceuticals, commented today on the astonishing work surrounding immortal life research being done surrounding the Benjamin Button Jellyfish and Stem Cells.

Kimball stated, Because of what is occurring in Human Stem Cell laboratories all over the US, it is no longer absurd to start thinking in terms of life expectancies for our children to be 150 years old. As part of our research and product development effort at Monterey Bay Nutraceuticals, we started talking to marine and ocean experts at the Moss Landing Marine Laboratory and with others, such as the people involved with Virgin Oceanic, Richard Branson's deep sea microbial expeditions and research. Further we have been watching the work being done with the Turritopsis dohrnii jellyfish in Japan. This jellyfish is a living being that has the capability - at any stage of its development to transform itself back to a polyp, the organisms earliest stage of life, and thus escape death and achieve potential immortality. This turns one of the most fundamental laws of the natural world upside down which is the belief that you are born, and then you eventually die. Most exciting is that we have learned that during rejuvenation, this jellyfish undergoes cellular transdifferentiation, an unusual process by which one type of cell is converted into another a nerve cell into a skin cell, for instance. This is amazingly similar to the work were seeing done with our partner laboratories and their findings in working with human stem cells.

With only a few scientists in the world studying the jellyfish and too few dollars going to them, Vestiage hopes to help these scientist create breakthrough ingredients that it can translate into products for its premium and prestige anti-aging customers. Vestiage intends to establish a method for funding the scientists through a non-profit or other venture and by holding events that will benefit longevity and anti-aging research goals.

Our goal as a company is, of course, to make money for our shareholders but that is not distinct and apart from also advancing the science of our industry and pushing funding in the right direction to make important discoveries for anti-aging. I believe we can do something here to radically change human longevity and the quality of our lives, said Kimball. The longevity research were doing is focused on a combination of Telomere lengthening, deep sea microbial and human stem cell research, and the work with our deep sea friend, the Benjamin Button Jellyfish, Turritopsis Dohrnii. Hopefully, as clinical results come in from these areas, we can apply new potential ingredients to functional anti-aging products and really rock the anti-aging world.

Monterey Bay Nutraceuticals has concluded its research and development of three revolutionary products in conjunction with its partners Robinson Pharma and NutraGenesis. The first three products by Monterey Bay Nutraceuticals are Calm and Collected, a mood leveling and anti-stress soft gel, Trim and Energized, a weight management and sustained energy soft gel, and Super Soft Skin!, a beauty from the inside-out soft gel designed to enhance skin elasticity and protect the youthfulness of skin as well as relieve the symptoms of stress brought on by aging. Monterey Bay Nutraceuticals is currently talking to distributors for these three initial products and will begin taking orders this summer. Vestiage Announces Key Partners for Launch of Monterey Bay Nutraceuticals Anti-Aging Wellness Products

Newport Beach, California (PRWEB) April 11, 2013

Vestiage Inc, a publicly traded anti-aging lifestyle company focused on science-based, highly effective premium branded cosmeceuticals and nutraceuticals, announced today that it has selected Robinson Pharma, Nutragenesis, and Ingredient Identity as its partners to assist in the launch of the Monterey Bay Nutraceuticals line of anti-aging focused supplements. The Monterey Bay Nutraceuticals line of products is focused on creating anti-aging, multi-benefit soft gels that use clinically proven ingredients in novel, proprietary and elegant formulations that provide multiple benefits to the anti-aging consumer. The new products address energy, mood, stress, weight management, skin elasticity, and more in three products which are named Calm and Collected, Trim and Energized, and Super Soft Skin!.

The launch of Monterey Bay Nutraceuticals this year culminates years of anti-aging research by our team. We went to our partners and turned the usual method of product development upside down in this industry," said Scott Kimball, CEO of Vestiage, Inc. "Instead of telling our partners the retail price point we wanted them to target, we asked our laboratory partners to instead create the products they always dreamed of creating and forget the ingredient cost. We allowed these incredible people with vast experience to work without limitation on creating anti-aging products. We only had a few rules. It has to really work, people really need to feel/see the benefits, only use the highest grade ingredients available in the world. That's it. And they did it. We are so proud of this group and our partners and everyone that has worked with Vestiage to get this line ready for launch and distribution. This approach simply isn't being done in our industry, but our culture at Vestiage dictates that it is our only way of doing things, the right way to do things for our consumer."

NutraGenesis of Vermont was selected to provide certain patented and key workhorse ingredients and Robinson Pharma of California was selected to provide product consulting, mixing, testing, and production. Kimball stated, "We love the patented, multifunctional, clinically tested and effective ingredients focused on the anti-aging consumer that Nutragenesis brings to us. We combined that with the integrity and cGMP production facilities of Robinson Pharma in order to provide Vestiage shareholders and the Monterey Bay Nutraceuticals consumer with the highest level of confidence in the purity and reliability of the products we formulate and bring to market. Further, our distributors can have comfort that any order of any size can be produced and delivered quickly. Ingredient Identity, a consulting firm, was selected by Vestiage to manage the structure/function claims and with product labeling.

The first three products to be launched by Monterey Bay Nutraceuticals are Calm and Collected, Trim and Energized, and Super Soft Skin. More information on these products can be seen at http://www.montereybaynutra.com.

Vestiage Announces Launch of Exclusive Territories for Reluma Brand Sales in USA

(PRWEB) May 24, 2013

Vestiage, Inc. (stock symbol "VEST") a publicly traded anti-aging lifestyle company focused on science-based research and development, sales and marketing of premium branded highly effective anti-aging cosmeceuticals and nutraceuticals, announced today that it is awarding exclusive Vestiage territories in the United States for the sale of Reluma Skin Illuminating Facial Care. Qualified applicants can request an information packet and application by sending an email to info(at)vestiageinc(dot)com and putting RELUMA in the "Subject" line.

"Reluma is a human stem cell derived facial care brand in which the science, formulation, and ingredients surpass normal facial care as we know it by a stunning margin," said Scott Kimball, CEO of Vestiage. "We have all tried facial care and anti-aging lotions and potions over the years, and the reality is that they are mostly water, glycerin, mineral oil and other "filler" ingredients. This is why as consumers we have been consistently disappointed by this industry and why so many people have become numb to the stories the industry puts out. With Reluma, the most skeptical clientele become our biggest fans because it works like nothing they have experienced in their lives. You know it almost immediately because you don't get that "watery" feeling from it. You get a feeling that this is a product packed with very rich, effective and luxurious science and ingredients. The list of ingredients in the eye cream alone recently stunned an industry consultant that we had in our offices. She said that usually she sees only one of the main ingredients we have in the eye cream as the active in a product. She couldn't believe that we had packed the product with so many actives and the stem cell derived media as well."

The Reluma Brand is manufactured in California, USA and Vestiage has a distribution agreement for the brand allowing Vestiage to sell online, and through spas, salons, resorts, all retailers, and physicians both in the US and certain other countries. The Vestiage Territory Program awards exclusive Vestiage Metropolitan Statistical Areas ("MSA's") to qualified companies or individuals that sell to salons, spas, retailers, resorts and physicians in each MSA territory. Vestiage provides product literature, retail displays, product training, and marketing/sales support. The most lucrative MSA's in major cities are available to the most qualified organizations/individuals and will likely be in very high demand. The extremely low cost and high revenue potential of each MSA territory and the ability to control an attractive Vestiage MSA that can generate millions in revenue annually is expected to be the attraction.

"If you have the ability to sell, or you're already selling to the spa and salon channel, Vestiage gives you the ability to sell the most sophisticated and advanced science in skin care to the independent retailers, prestige salons, spas, and physicians with very little investment on your part. We are not charging for the MSA territory. We pay for all the product that is sold by each MSA 'manager' so our MSA 'managers' never have to come out of pocket and buy product from us. We provide marketing materials, retail displays, pay for the product that is ordered, ship to the buyers, and pay the MSA 'manager' a commission on all sales in the MSA that they generate. We further support the salon or spa with a media and publicity campaign that highlights their business in the press and drives customers to them. We suspect that our average territory will be able to create a revenue stream of $ 1 million or more annually to the MSA 'manager' and some perhaps much more. These are large territories so people can really start an entire business around selling Reluma through Vestiage, Inc. All they have to do is open accounts, take orders and service the customers. It's surprising how few premium accounts one need to generate a large annual revenue from just this line alone."

The complete Reluma skin care line sells for $ 435 at retail. A minimum wholesale order for a typical salon is 12 of each of the 4 facial care products for $ 2610 that includes 12 count Cleanser, Serum, Moisturizer, and Eye Cream. The Reluma Hair and lash products are also available and most salons are interested in some of these as well. Commission are paid to the MSA 'manager' on the wholesale amounts purchased by the customer. More information is available upon request to qualified applicants.

"The Reluma line is attractive to the higher rated salons and spas because it utilizes the latest science, the clientele love how it works for them, and financially the salon or spa can make a large amount of money simply by carrying the line and using it in stem cell facials," said Kimball. "The profit from the Reluma line alone can pay the overhead for the entire salon for a year by simply putting 2 women a day onto the Reluma Regimen."

The territories that are available include: Dallas, Houston, Miami (several), Other Florida (several), Boston, Philadelphia, Chicago, New York (several), Los Angeles (several), Orange County, California (2), San Francisco Bay Area (2), Seattle, San Diego, Colorado, Arizona (2), the Carolina's, Washington DC/Northern Virginia, and more. For more information on the Vestiage Territory Program, please email your request to info(at)vestiageinc(dot)com or call 949-258-4404 and ask for Garrett Heiser, Vice President of Operations.
