AMG Financing Capital Obtains $15 Million in Financing for one of Americas Largest Domestic Garment Manufacturers and Retailers

Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) November 29, 2012

Arthur Gelber, President of AMG Financing Capital, was hired in 2012 to arrange financing for one of Americas largest garment manufacturers and retailers during a cash flow crisis. For one reason or another, this company was unable to obtain financing on their own. In helping this company, AMG arranged a financing of machinery and equipment as a bridge towards a $ 43 million infusion of capital arranged by the owner several months later.

Over the years, AMG has amassed more than 400 institutional financing sources, such as banks, insurance companies, and various types of funds. Some institutions will provide financing as low as $ 1 million others $ 100 million and more. The larger the financing, the easier it is to do.

This year has been another successful one for AMG and their clients. For example, a Los Angeles based contract furniture manufacturer with domestic and foreign sales had its line of credit cancelled by a major national bank. AMG was able to restructure the company's debt getting the company more working capital with better terms and conditions.

Another 2012 success story: A world famous beauty salon chain and manufacturer of hair care products needed to expand their hair care manufacturing operation. The client came to AMG looking for equity. AMG was able to do better. They structured a cash flow financing, which provided enough working capital that the client did not have to give up equity in the company.

About AMG Financing Capital, Equity and Debt Private Placement Financings

AMG Financing Capital was founded in 1968 by Arthur Gelber who trained in investment banking at both Paine Webber and Merrill Lynch. While assisting larger companies, he discovered a need in the middle market for assistance and professional expertise in obtaining financing for acquisition, expansion and refinancing. These companies were too small to get the attention of larger investment banks, such as Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch. They only had their network of trusted advisors to advise them in an area in which they had little or no experience - until AMG Financing Capital came along.

AMG brings professional help to these companies in knowing how to make a proper presentation and to whom to make the presentation. During the financing process they provide advice on terms, conditions, structure and interest rates. Many of these companies are unable to obtain business financing on their own usually because they are not telling their story in a manner acceptable to many financing sources and they are not telling their story to the right people. Arthur Gelber and AMG know how to present companies to each financing source and get results with a 100% success rate in helping their clients with their financing problems.

Dr. Michael Vories Performs Largest FUE Scalp Hair Transplant

Charleston, SC (PRWEB) April 05, 2013

Dr. Michael Vories, a hair transplant surgeon specializing in follicular unit extraction (FUE) and medical director of Carolina Hair Surgery, has performed the largest FUE scalp hair transplant in a single session ever to date. The more than 5,000 hair grafts procedure took two full days and was performed on a 50 year old man with male pattern baldness. The patient, Johnny Casper, traveled from Louisville, KY to Charleston, SC to have the procedure done by Dr. Vories, one of only two doctors who exclusively perform the FUE procedure.

An FUE procedure extracts individual hair follicles and transplants the follicles to designated areas of the scalp where hair loss has occurred. This procedure is less invasive and minimizes visible scarring compared to other hair transplant procedures. With FUE, the precise and careful extraction of each donor hair and subsequent transplantation dramatically reverses hair loss and eliminates the need for sutures and additional surgeries.

Due to the amount of time and precision an FUE procedure takes, medical doctors tend to shy away from the procedure. A 5,000 plus hair grafts transplant would normally be broken up into smaller transplants due to the tedious nature of the procedure. However, this also adds to the cost. Casper was interested in taking an aggressive stance towards improving his 20-year hair loss. After a consultation, Dr. Vories found Casper to be an excellent candidate for the FUE procedure and was willing to take on the challenge of completing the largest FUE scalp hair transplant in a single session to date.

Compared to other hair restoration medical practices that use hair transplant technicians, Dr. Vories places each and every one of the hair grafts and performs all aspects of the hair transplant. His expertise in the FUE procedure has made him a desirable choice among patients who spend a lot of time researching hair transplant options.

Johnny really spent a lot of time researching hair transplants before ever seeking a doctor, said Dr. Vories. He knew that he was interested in the FUE procedure because of the proven hair growth results and the less scaring involved on the scalp. Having this procedure performed all the way through by a medical doctor was also important to him. He had a go big or go home attitude and I appreciated his enthusiasm. As a result, I was thrilled to be part of his journey and wanted to take on the challenge of successfully completing the more than 5,000 hair grafts FUE hair transplant.

Casper has documented his hair transplant journey and all his hair growth results thus far on his own blog, MyFUEHairTransplant.com. More information can also be found at CarolinaHairSurgery.com. Free consultations with Dr. Vories are available and appointments can be made by calling (803) 217-3065.

Americas Largest and Longest Running Princess Adventure to Open the Gates to the Kingdoms of Everley on June 18th

(PRWEB) June 12, 2013

The gates of the Childrens Discovery Gardens open June 18th for Americas largest and longest operating Princess Adventure. Ron Hatfield, CEO of Princess Festivals International, reported that guests came from every state in the USA and three countries in 2012 to enjoy the princess themed fun.

The event, which runs from June 18-22, is designed for hands-on interaction with classical princesses and the new Princess Festival characters. Ten Princess Quest adventures are designed for children ages 3-10 to solve mysteries, find lost characters, and participate with the Princesses and other characters by playing with them in fairytale like challenges. Every five minutes another one of the carefully designed new adventure starts.

Hatfield stated that the event also features two plays and a premier show of its new Princess Festival Puppets for young guests to enjoy when they are ready to take a little rest from the very active tasks of rescuing and solving in the Princess Quests.

Children can also get their faces painted, a professional photograph taken with photo-shopped effects, participate with Peter Pan and Wendy in escaping Captain Hook, spontaneous dancing with the 12 dancing princesses , have their hair and nails done, ride in a horse drawn Cinderella coach, and much more.

The show also features especially selected girls who have been designated as Forever Princesses at 12:30 and another group at 5:30 each day. These girls have been selected because they have demonstrated the values of being More than a Princess, which means that they care about others and give service.

Many families and especially grandparents have made the Princess Festival an annual tradition. Typical of the testimonials received is this one from Missy Delgado in Huntington Beach California: A family just moved here to Phoenix from Draper Utah - they have three little girls. I inquired if they have attended the Princess Festival, and the father said, "Oh yes! We really enjoyed it. It was better than our Disneyland trip."
