The common signs of ageing lines and wrinkles appear when hyaluronic acid production in the skin starts to slow down. Hyaluronic acid is a naturally-occurring substance which adds volume to the skin, but it depletes with time. Modern fillers are based on hyaluronic acid and allow us to restore that volume very effectively, smoothing out creases. However, it has traditionally only been available for injecting directly into the skin.


Now the new no-needle fillers give an excellent alternative. Using a specially designed filler device, we are able to gently yet effectively fill and smooth the skin without uncomfortable injections.


This is obviously ideal for someone who is needle phobic. However, we also find that the no-needle filler device offers a particularly delicate application which works well for delivering a general skin improvement in localised areas, rather than just filling a specific crease.
